Results of the 2018 Filing Season

The Commissioner, Wage and Investment Division, should ensure that the 1,128 accounts that did not receive the correct amount of the EITC and the 411 accounts that claimed the ACTC are reviewed and that taxpayers receive the proper amount of the credit to which they are entitled.
