The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) designs its web pages to meet or exceed the Section 508 standards, which are the technical requirements that ensure compliance withFederal Section 508 law. We also conform to theWorld Wide Web Consortium (W3C)and their industry standardWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

** File an Official Complaint:**

You can file an administrative complaint with the TIGTA Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office requesting that existing information and communication technology be reviewed and brought into compliance with the provisions ofSection 508 of the Rehabilitation Actof 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794d), as amended. Complaints are processed in accordance with Treasury’s regulations for Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
